Nakshatra calendar shall not be responsible for the rate negotiations or quality of the service providers or vendors registered in this APP.
We are hosting the contacts of the service providers or vendors so that the customers get benefit of direct negotiation with vendors.
No middle men are allowed in the APP. Only genuine vendors or service providers allowed to business through our app.
Nakshatra calendar act only as a connecting bridge between customers and Vendors or service providers. Customers are free to negotiate their requirements and fee with vendors or service providers directly and not through the application.
We are not responsible for the internal negotiations between the customers and Vendors or service providers in any way. However we shall follow up the feed backs and complaints arising from the customers end and shall resolve them if possible.
Nakshatra calendar don’t have any middle men or agents. Don’t believe in cheaters and pay money.
Nakshatra calendar is service application. We charge only nominal amount for the calendar of other nakshatra group excluding the user. For other facilities and services no charges are applicable from Nakshatra calendar end to the users.
We charge nominal amount from the vendors for getting registered in the app. Any one intend To do business through the app must send their information as per the format. They can use Vendor app of Nakshatra calendar. We shall contact back as per requirement.
Users are free to contact us through the feed back console any time and we are more than happy to serve them in the best possible way.
Vendors or service providers MUST provide GENUINE services to the customers and we shall not entertain cheating or any other sorts of mistreatment to the customers. For us customer is GOD.
Vendors are bound to produce all the required information and soft copies of valid business registrations or documents which are asked to upload in the application. In case of cheating or any other issues rising from the vendor we shall remove the vendor from the list permanently and we shall block them forever.
Vendors are bound to produce quality services or must deliver quality products. Vendors are responsible for the genuine delivery of the services or goods. Vendors must protect the privacy of the customers in all possible ways. Vendors must replace the goods or products if not received by the customer or if the delivery is not up to the mark or if the customers are receiving fake products. For cheap or low quality services the vendors are held responsible and shall obey the resolution provided by the APP management.
If the Vendors are observed to be misusing the customer information or creating problem to the customer or doing any sort of mal practice or illegal activities then the vendor shall be BLACK LISTED forever and banned from conducting the business through Nakshatra Calendar APP.
If in any case vendors or customers are observed to be cheating, they are bound to prosecution through law.
Nakshatra Calendar management reserves every right to terminate the account of the user or Vendor if they are observed to be violating the above mentioned terms & conditions without any prior intimation or information.
By agreeing the above-mentioned terms and conditions Users & Vendors are bound to terms & conditions and will obey without deviation for smooth functioning of the APP and all business transactions.
