Once we have shortlisted our candidates, if successful, you will be invited for an initial interview for the role you applied for. This will either be done in-person or virtually.
A panel of members of different departments (clinical, management, HR) of the organization will use scientific tools for your selection.
Once selected, you will receive confirmation of the job offer by phone and email. Hopefully, you accept and start your journey with us. After you’ve accepted the offer, we do our checks that you’re eligible to work and other formalities. Once these are cleared, you will receive the contract and the start date.
